What\’s the easiest way to get to Chillingham Castle after flying in to London Heathrow airport?

We’re trying to do a ghost tour at Chillingham Castle (8pm at night). We’ll arrive at London Heathrow airport around 10:30am, and we’re looking to get out to Chillingham in time for the tour. The best plan seems to be to take the rail to Morpeth, but then what would be the best way to get from the Morpeth station to Chillingham without a car?
